why would you use glutamine, or why would needto even sell it, when i quote from his website on the 'gear' page....

So why doesn’t GEAR contain glutamine? Because it is so poorly absorbed orally! Whenever you use glutamine you’re wasting 99% of it!

why take a supplement that you're only getting 1% from ?

Good question. I've read before that absorption is bad, however, I could see the difference while using Omega's g-plenish; I wish that shit was still around...loved it!
