why would you use glutamine, or why would needto even sell it, when i quote from his website on the 'gear' page....

So why doesn’t GEAR contain glutamine? Because it is so poorly absorbed orally! Whenever you use glutamine you’re wasting 99% of it!

why take a supplement that you're only getting 1% from ?

anyways I've read the same stuff other places an there's a long ass thread here on ef about glutamine absorbtion, some say without a iv it's worthless... I just don't agree with that, I can't back it up but I just take the stuff an seems to help
 
i prefer bcaas.


I like BCAAs too but Glutamine is a must for me as well. I like the BCAAs to sip throughout the day and especially during workouts then 5 grams or so of Glutamine on not workout days and 15 grams on lifting days. I notice much better recovery when taking Glutamine this way. Even more important if you're dieting. Just MHO.
