I am fixing to take Glutamine per some reccomendations, I have been told I need it. Can you tell me how you all take it, how much and how long. And do you mix it with your protein shakes.? Thanks
Are you cutting/dieting?
Because thats the only time you really need it.
If you are;
The optimal time to take it is on a empty stomach for maximal absobtion. 15-25 grams, to see results, and helps to maintain muscle mass and energy levels when cutting. Spread in 5-7g doses.

Yeah, the peptides are the best but they are pricy. If you get the regular L-G powder, don't mix them in your shakes, take it separately. It doesn't absorb as well.
