glutamine PEPTIDES in the UK?

New member
I'm asking this here on chat as I know a lot of BBers in the UK frequent the chat board.

I've come across plenty of sources of L-glutamine powder, but where can I buy glutamine peptides, either on-line or in person, in the UK? info much appreciated.

Hmm I ordered from kilosports some time ago and have heard nothing back - no email, no product. I emailed them again a few days ago, still no reply... this normal?

How long ago circusgirl? That isn't normal for kilo.

Just wanted to mention that as far as I know there is no evidence that taking amino acids (which I believe glutamine is) accelerates recovery after working out and it can be quite pricey. I stopped using it several months ago and notice absolutely zero difference. (except my wallet´s a lot heavier)

about 2 weeks.
My credit card statement hasn't arrived yet so I can't check if they charged my card. But I still haven't gotten a reply to my query. I'll try again... I plan on ordering some more stuff from them, if they work out for me.

If you drink milk, you get 1.5 grams of glute a glass. no need to supp.

Kilosports replied to my second email, they have been out of glutamine peptides for a while, and will ship as soon as they get them in.

I'm going to try them for a month see if they help me recover quicker and if not not bother getting any more. However, kilosports seem to do ALA at a reasonable rate, that is likely to be my next purchase from them...

How will you obejctively measure if you recover quicker? Ever heard of the placebo effect?
