some of the big benchers will kill their traps with sets/reps schemes. yeah, it's such a short range of motion, so stick with atleast 8 reps a set. if you don't like regular dealifts, try doing partials, which are said to be more beneficial to upper/mid back developement. when you do your shrugs, try and pull the bar as high as you can without bending your arms. start with 135 and work up. i bet the back of your skull will be sore ......curling said:Yea, I am bored. I need more help. How often can you work traps(days?) how many sets and reps are most beneficial for traps. I mean traps are kind of a weird muscle like calves where you do like 20 reps to grow right?

eat big said:I got the perfect exercise to get your traps built up fast. Get your wife to ride you standing up and just do a bunch of shrugs with her while she's riding you. This way, your bed won't be hitting the wall while your children attempt to sleep and miserably fail.
