OMG you reminded me of an episode of the Man Show where they have women stand on a stage and answer a series of quick questions. One of which was how much they weighed.
What they did not know was they were on a scale. So they show you what they say and what is real.
I believe the average lie was 19.6 lbs!!!

Keep in mind that men are usually close to double the size of women. Imagine if guys were saying they were 38 lbs less then they really were!?!?!?

LOL, that would make me 5'8" at 231 lbs at 10% BF. With a proper bulk and cut, that'd make me at least a solid candidate for an NPC Nationals show, maybe even an Olympia, right?
