Girlfriend wants to look cut

She is 20, 5'7, 127lbs, would like to be around 115. Any supplements that will help burn fat with little or no side effects (given she drinks plenty of fluids)

115 sounds like she would be pretty skinny for 5'7' Is she trying to gain muscle as well?
Does she have body image issues?
There's no quick fix or magic pill, just diet and exercise.
 
no she has no body image issues. she tries the diet and exercise but she's a "cheater" ( likes her snacks) sometimes. she has a bit of fat on her bottom role that stick out a bit and she wants to rid it. And yes she wants to gain some muscle while cutting.

Any suggestions or just do some harder exercise and weight lifting?

I pm'd you some of the links I have found useful.
the cheating with sweets or whatnot may be what's limiting her.
It is hard to gain muscle while cutting, have to eat calories to gain muscle.
 
She needs to get her diet in check. If you want supps she can use Lipoflame and Lipostim. It works great for me.
 
5'7" and 127, unless she has a teeny tiny frame, is quite thin already. If she wants that ripped look, that means getting her bodyfat down and that's all about being scrupulous about your diet. For a woman to sport abs you're talking about being in the vicinity of 14% to 18% BF, that's requires discipline. You have to make sacrifices, no cookies, no sweets, etc., etc., etc.

Depending on where she is physically, what she wants to look like, she probably either needs to focus on gaining some muscle while gaining minimal fat (or staying at about the same current weight) or get her diet really nailed down. She's already thin, a diet supplement may just potentially have her starving herself (while not feeling hungry) which won't do a thing to enable her to build any muscle and she might end up tearing down her existing muscle and she'll be stuck with a slower metabolism in the end.

I mean, does she want a certain look, or is she more concerned about the numbers on a scale? If she wants to look a certain way she needs to toss the scale out and focus on achieving the look.
 
As others have mentioned its all diet. She can take a fat burner and drop a few pounds but she will put it all back on and then some if she does not adjust her meal plan.
 
Also, unless you've seen the scale, girlfriends tend to lie to boyfriends about weight ;)

OMG you reminded me of an episode of the Man Show where they have women stand on a stage and answer a series of quick questions. One of which was how much they weighed.
What they did not know was they were on a scale. So they show you what they say and what is real.
I believe the average lie was 19.6 lbs!!!
