sorry i didn't get to fix the question title. sorry about the mess up, but i am sure you all get what i am asking.

All three!

Heres a great recipe i made:

Buy a whole cut chicken (or cut a whole on yerself).

Tear the skin and fat off.

In a large plastic container mix:
1cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of basalmic vinegar
a good chunk of fresh ginger sliced thin
several cloves of garlic smashed to small peices
1/2 cup of onion

Put the chicken and brine into the container, top fill with water.

Let the chicken soak over night.

Next day grill it with a sweet bbq sauce. Enjoy.

onions mostly, and garlic too

but I keep the garlic use low cause of the odorizing effect

and I don't like ginger except when it's mixed with lemon to sweeten green tea

Ginger is a great supplement that when taken can help to assimilate protein better in the body. You can buy in it capsule form or simply eat the real thing. Ginger is also great for cleansing the mouth of germs. If you consume enough of it you will feel your mouth burn.
I used to (and will start it again) mix 2 apples with a small chunk of ginger and some fruit punch Crystal Lite. It's a great way to get in some added fiber and nutrients from the apples. I notice that when I eat ginger on a regular basis like this that I don't seem to get colds.
I have a friend whose mother swears by preparing a fresh tea made from freshly chopped ginger and sliced lemons to knock out a cold before it gets a hold of you. I think it does help.
Oh and I love garlic and onions too.
