Please give me the most die hard, gut wrenching, make-you-vomit sprint routine you can, I have 3 weeks until football starts and with more vacations than I should have had I'm lagging a little in the running department (haven't followed my program), I'm fine in the weight training part though..... :D

Try to keep it sled-less, I have no sled, and also hills, sand, sandy hills and all that are ok. Did my hill sprints yesterday.

any help is welcome

here you go:

make sure you thoroughly warm-up and are adequately hydrated!!!!!

200M @ 50% x 2 (1 min rest between)
200M @ 75% x 2 (1 min rest between)
200M @ 90% x 2 (90s rest between)
200M @ 100% x 1 (think that you are racing michael johnson)
rest 3 mins
200M @ 50% x 2 (1 min rest between)

total distance 1700M (less warmup distance).

enjoy!

if you're feeling really hardcore, do 400s.

They're not for a football player, but they are the most hellish running workout known to man.
agreed, but they'll get you into good shape quickly, if they don't kill you first.
:p

Optimus:
I'll do that tonight...I'll shoot for ur numbers, but I doubt I'll get 'em :D

Polish:
Is there any way I can turn that into a workout in sand? Once again, I'm going away for a few days...

Crayola-
run some ladders.... (G to 10 and back to 20 and back, to 30, 40, 50 all the way up to 100- this is all continuous) at least that will give you a head start on what the coach will make you do for slacking off like a punk....j/k... good luck
