Exodus High End Bro Platinum May 20, 2003 #3 i will have to agree with spatts on this one. i do these to blast the crap out of my shoulders. my tris get work. but my shoulders are weaker than my triceps so doing this exercise makes my weakness work hard....ie shoulders. X
