GH shot timing question?

Ok, after lurking for a while and reading these posts can anyone give me a definitive answer on when to take my GH shot for overall health/wellness/fat loss and recovery? I'm thirty, but my body feels like 50. 6'7' 215lbs 14% bf. I do mostly martial arts and compound lifts in my off days. I'm using generic chinese blue/yellow caps. My diet is very clean and is mostly lean meats and vegetables with fruits post workout. I'm currently doing 1iu 3 times a day (morning, noon and night) but I don't seem to be getting any results at all (1 month in).

From what I'm reading most people take a large shot first thing in the morning. Other posts are saying split it into 2, first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach right before my afternoon workouts.

Any thoughts, tips or advice on this?

Oh and do I have to be "fasted" or "empty" when I do these shots? I'm reading a lot about folks saying a carb induced insulin spike makes the gh more difficult to absorb? Any truth to this relevant to what I'm trying to do?

I just take it all at once immediately upon waking.
Do not eat 2 hours before and one hour after.

That's kinda the idea I've been reading and seeing. I'm thinking maybe 2.5 iu morning and 2.5 iu afternoon empty stomach before a workout. Based on my stats and what I want to do is that enough Iu's or should I do more?
 
Think that's a good amount? 5 iu's daily split into two shots. One around 9am upon waking and the other around 3 pm empty stomach pre workout?
 
It's a good amount if it is good gh.
Why do you think it's a good idea to split up the injections?
What about pre-workout drinks?
How are you going to work that around that?
 
I don't usually do pre workout drinks if I can avoid it. I think if it's a zero sugar pre workout it would be fine if it didn't illicit an insulin response. I read on a different forum that some guys like to split the injections so you have a constant release of gh through the day and then night.

That's a similar question I had. I read somewhere that post workout is no good because you have to eat post workout and the carb load could mess with the gh effectiveness due to insulin resistance????

I'm no expert, shit I'm not even a novice but I'm interested in hearing your guys theories on why you do your shots, when and how much. This stuff is so damn expensive I want to get the best bang for my buck if you guys catch my drift :)
