I'm in the same boat as others. GW501516 is a must! I struggled with doing legs for years because of how winded and worn out I'd get between squat and leg press sets. After trying GW on leg day about a year ago, I now almost look forward to it. I power through leg day and love the crazy wobbly legs walking out of the gym.
