Getting cut and ripped...need help bad

Ok im a 20 year old male (almost 21) 5'8 170lbs. Ive been working out for about 2 years and im trying to get cut and ripped but it seems no matter what i do i cant do it. I tried all kinds of legal shit but nothin works...

My question is, What do you guys recommend i should take? My friend told me to take Winny Tren Acitate. But i though i should post and get your opinions... Please help...

Also, whatever you guys recommend, what are the side effects?

Been on a zero-carb diet for over a week now (day 11 of 28) and I actually feel great and losing fat at an incredible rate.

First few days were the hardest, but I got used to it. I also take crystal light (sweetened sugarless drink) to help my carb cravings.

I see you are frustrated with not progressing and doing many things to get ripped, but there is a huge problem that stands out.

You immediately ask "what can I take" as if AAS/GEAR/ETC. is the end all to your problems. I can tell u that if your diet is NOT in order, u can forget even the most elaborate compounds giving you the look you wish to attain. Remember.......

1) DIET
2) TRAINING/REST
3) SUPPLEMENTATION

Don't think of this backwards as seems to be the case. I'm not downing you at all, just trying to make you see that it needs to start with the energy (food) that goes into your mouth. That is where changes either take place or don't take place.

ok so just say that i do get my diet down (low carbs im thinking) and my training right. For that extra boost and supplementation what do you guys recommend?

Please do not take this the wrong way but...you are new here and kind of young. No one knows anything about you ie how you train, diet, bf%, etc. Until you post something about yourself stats, deit, training you won't get much advice.
 
You have the toughest task of all. While it is fairly simple (and fun) to pack on pounds, getting ripped and cut is another matter.
Just like few of the bros pointed out, your NUTRITION is what you need to focus primarily, training and rest, shit - your entire lifestyle has to be fine tuned.
The magic key is to trick your body to burn stored fat instead of carbs for energy. So you must tweak your diet so that your carb intake is minimal, your protein intake is fairly high and you must take fat - do not go for zero fat diet as it will backfire. Try to take omega-3, flaxseed oil and if possible extra virgin olive oil with your meals (either in salads or while preparing). Also, add some nuts as they contain the "good fats".
And stay away from all soda drinks as they have high HFCS which is disastrous to your diet plan.

Straight keto for now bro, that's why I don't wanna go over 4weeks on it. I really like this diet, but I would love to try ckd and tdk type diets in the future too. When I dieted, I had always lowered my fat intakes ... think this is working better for me.

Get the carbs down to the point that you you barely get through your training..monitor your bodyfat/lean mass ratio's so that you
don't burn through your lean mass, once you begin to burn your lean mass, slowly increase the carbs until it stops. Once you find that point hold right there and work on the metabolism.

no offense bro, but i don't know that i'd be telling someone to take 50mg of ephedrine unless you know for sure they've taken it before and have a tolerance for stimulants. if i take 20 mg i get wired, and my heart rate and bp start climbing. some don't tolerate it as well as others.

am cardio was a good suggestion though.

SVT Eation, if you do take ephedrine my advice would be to start low at 10 mg and follow the directions on the bottle. Like I said not everyone tolerates stimulants well and following a suggestion of taking 50 mg if you've never taken it could turn out to be a bad thing. And before you use it do a search and read up on it a little, that way you know what the possible sides are.
