Getting Bigger??

I looked around before posting this and was really a mees of things...
I have a freind whos pretty small guy and wants to work out and get bigger...
He wants to take some supplements to aid in the process...
Do you guys reccomend anything? I dont know since ive never taken a supplement for this kind of cause before...
I was thinking between the lines of protien (like whey) and creatine or something?
 
Keep your diet clean, eat alot of food, get plenty of rest, and don't overtrain.

I like to eat tuna and rice during bulking cycles. I agree with Thaibox on the multi, everyone, regardless if your working out or not, should take a multi for general health. However I would much rather eat real food than having protein supps or mrps.
 
Like these guys said, if you are just starting out...he should just worry about eating properly, maybe even taking protein shakes to start off...after a few months if hes still big into it, then id say creatine for a while...then move onto the good stuff...Nor, Andro, 1-AD ect....

work out get bigger nothing wrong with that. tuna fish is great protein. egg whites for breakfeast. For good recovery try drinking lots of o.j. keep your workouts to approx. 45min. 3per wk. to start .go about 3 mths. then ck out some protein drinks and creatine. p.s. dont forget your cottage cheese. To much to little to late. white ice..:cold:
