You can slowly drop without any damage your motorcycle on a soft place if you have engine guard and then you lift your motorbike with biceps, this is around 600 pounds.

my gym did me dirty--they want to "extend my membership" whatever that means...i don't have a month to month membership, i got an annual membership fee of $50

so i cancelled the debit card on file because i wasn't going to have them deduct $42 a month until "it's safe"

if u notice all the gym equipment supply companies and other sellers are out of stock

seems like we will all be working out at home, with effective equipment though.

im still waiting on cable crossovers to come back in stock

i figure like toilet paper after a while the supply chain will catch up? lol ....

am i right?
