hi
have a bit of a pot belly... but when i flex my abs u can see a 6pack.. or atleast a 4 pack
running for 20-30 mins a day plus 250 situps...
eating chinese for lunch
and maybe a pasta or pizza for dinner
basically only 2 meals
no coke or anything jsut water and juices.
i want to get rid of this nasty looking pot belly..
