i hope this is a joke, but if not.. you need at leat 3 meals, breakfast for sure. and have 2 snacks in between.. maybe some bananas or apples..etc.. since theres a chinese place eat some chicken and rice. just some ideas. but you got to eat about 5 times a day dude...
 
This is retarded, you answered your own question when you listed what you eat. Try some common sence dude. Pizza and chinese are TERRIBLE foods to diet on, Im suprised you havent been flamed more than you already have been.

I agree completely. Pizza is just fat and carbs. And half the chinese food i've ever had was fryed, so more fat and carbs. I believe the obesity rate for people who dont it breakfast was like 400% higher than people who do. (Mens Health survey, could be off a bit) I live alone as well, but i still make a point of going to a grocery store to buy food. How 'bout some eggs, oatmeal, chicken breasts? Just go buy a few things, none of that stuff is hard to make. Or, if you are completely opposed to cooking, go to a Wendy's or other burger joint and order a salad with a grilled chicken breast on the side. Way healthier than pizza and pork fryed rice

actually... its going to come down to a calories.... not the best way to improve body composition.... but if he is using more calories than he is taking in the net result will be weight loss (fat & muscle)

Wrong, its not all going to come down to that. Meal timing, and frequency, and quality of calories are going to play a much bigger role. With his diet he will do nothing but lose muscle, no matter how low he puts his calories.

Exactly. If all your calories are fat and carbs you will lose weight, muscle weight. You might loose fat too, but only after all your muscle is gone, and thats if you keep the calories incredibly low. Like Jared the Subway fat ass. The fool lost a lot of weight, but still looks like a flabby fuck. No muscle, cuz most of his calories come from bread.

what are you talking about????? lol

from now on i'll just eat 2 huge bowls of ice cream..one in the am and one in the pm....they fit in my macros for the day :rolleyes:
