You got to compare it to what it is though. The World's best Protein! I was just checking the price of BCAA's on the net and realized most are 500 mgs caps. GEAR is not only a superior protein source, it's TWICE THE DOSAGE. 1000mgs per cap.
At first I thought GEAR was just a bit more expensive than BCAA's but worth it. But when you compare straight up for 200 capsules, GEAR is actually CHEAPER in most cases.

Just got my order of gear today...will see how it shakes out, looks like good stuff.
Creatine adds size through water retention. GEAR builds muscle tissue in the way that protein does , by increasing nitrogen within muscle fibers. It won't blow you up like creatine, but the gains will be more solid.
