I've been on a low carb/low fat (got down to 6%, but did lose some muscle - I know, I know...dumb....) for about a year now.....I got my gear ready to go.....sus,eq,deca,t400......and have been training hard + doing cardio every morning.....I'm about 190 now at 6'2......would like to get up to 225 over the next year+ but CLEAN! SO, do I adjust my diet to add more fat and carbs (my protein has always been high) before I start my gear or after? Do I nix the cardio? Much thanks....
