i was in the original society before we were disbanded in 2002.

hey don't diss San Francisco i have a lot of childhood memories eating dimsum on a sunday morning to then take in a giants or 49ers game at candlestick park

albeit they are one of the most outspoken gay communities
nyc, LA, miami, seattle, winnepeg, T.dot and Salt Lake City have pretty large gay communities although it gets overlooked most of the time
 
KingCRS I know what you mean dude. Sounds like you are reaching the next level. You are into your workout you have your mp3 player on you dont want others learning your kills and floor movements that you took time to build into an incredibale regimen; If the other mofos you meantioned were doing all this they wouldnt have the time to break their pase/momentum to check out whats going on els where.

I personally allow the looks to continue for a bit then i jsut stop and wipe my face with a towel and then look over make some eye contact and that pretty much gets them moving on. If it continues start some snickers or disgusted blows when they try to copy you! works everytime. Stay healthy...

what surprised me was that a lot of gay black guys in atlanta on the outisde look like thugs. like gangsta thug. throw back jersey, hat to da side, platinum chains and pants sagging and shit.

then they talk and its all flaming.

it was hilarious.

and all the girls at the gym were after him
one day a few months ago he goes going to get married next week
asked who the lucky girl was
he goes "oh my ex wife's brother"
damn should have seen the diet coke spewing from my nose

oh i dont mean it in a condenscending way, i was just shocked. i was 21 years old fresh outta college when I moved there (from OHIO)

so i wasnt too familiar ya know?

well i became friends with a few gay guys that modeled with me. We'd go out and hang out and it was normal and fun--i got my first chance to see past stereotypes etc.

i've been to gay clubs before. but its 50% straight in there as well. its called Backstreet in Atlanta. it use to be an allnight club (you leave at 10-11 am on sunday morning)

good times.

but no, never touched a cawk.

I don't like it when guys stare at me when I'm working out. It's annoying.
 
I've gotten a compliment from a gay man in the gym before....I took it as a compliment.

Don't think too deep into. It's not like they are going to start trying to make out with you in the gym. You need to be a little more accepting. No reason to live so suspicious and angry...
 
Indeed, Gym is the hot spot for gay men where such kinda person stare at hairy muscled guys for a long time while they work out especially in sexy innerwear...
