oh okay I think it has to do with your karmic power, your only allowed to use a certain amount of karma allowance each day. Always wondered what the whole need to spread some before giving thing was about. lol

About $1.98 a gallon here in Jersey. I don't fill up that often though. Maybe once a month. Not sure. I have an SUV thingy.
