Garry Frank and the APF Nationals.

Well im not sure but I found out that Garry went 2640. His lifts were 1014, 722 and a 904. He went for 926 and it got to far out in front of him. If he would of got that, He would of broke the All Time World Record of 925 by Gary Heisey's. Well congrats to Garry, and hope to see him compete in DEC.

He lives, and trains in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He lives about 10 minutes from my house, he also coaches a local schools powerlifting team, and they have set most of the states powerlifting records.


I have seen him in person, at a couple local meets, and he is by far the largest person I have ever seen!!!

Some peaple said that he wouldn't compete again after he broke his sternum or ribs (I forgot) when he droped 700 on his chest,
But I guess he still has allot more left in him

Hell I dont think anything is gonna stop this guy from lifting or compete. Garry lives in Louisiana cubanito. He also trains at his house Old School style. And yes he is by far the largest person I have ever seen also.

at the dec(last year) meet in daytona my little boy was 3 and we were all in mcdonalds. gary frank was getting drinks at the machine and my little boy walked up and started taking his drink--i was like oh my God the largest and strongest person i ever saw and he was taking his drink-- gary was cool he just looked down and smiled (thank God)--needless to say i got that drink back to him

Garry Frank is awesome! There is no other way to put it. He is the biggest, strongest man alive, right now. I hope to meet him someday. Thanks for the heads up on his total. Does anyone know when he will compete next?
