I have stopped training for about 2 weeks now. I have started to feel all of my weight gain in my legs. Why do you think that is ? I wish it would go to my upper body instead. Anybody know why this is .???

Clearly gaining weight after you stopped lifting is common. Make sure you are eating clean firstly. Secondly focus on what youve got a try to get a sweat in everyday.
