I have a question. I have been working out everyday for about a month, I do push ups and sit ups. I a thin person and want to get some buck, I'm not sure how much and how often should I work out? and I need to know when and how much of what kinds of food should I eat? Any tips?

Bro, we need to know your stats, i.e. BF%, weight, height, do u lift? (or simply do pushup and sit ups) What's your diet like at the moment?

I have a question.

I have been working out everyday for about a month (this is not a good idea if you are a thin person, working out 2-3 times a week is better starting out and building mass)

I do push ups and sit ups (Great start, are you training at home? Do you have access to a gym?)

I a thin person and want to get some buck (As Alcatrez mentioned we need more information, and do you mean bulk, as in muscle?)

I'm not sure how much and how often should I work out? (For beginners, full body workout with compound exercises (things like bench press/chest and triceps), military press/shoulders, squats (legs and glutes), leg press (legs and glutes), dead lifts (back and all over body development), you need to learn perfect form to do these exercises, two to three times a week

and I need to know when and how much of what kinds of food should I eat? (Smaller meals, 6-8 times a day so every 2-3 hours, a good lean protein source in every meal, complex carbs like brown rice, other whole grains, potatoes, yams, wholewheat pasta) and good fats Any tips?

We can recommend things, but you will have to experiment to see what works for you, with everything, diet and training.

I would also recommend you do more research on your own, there are all sorts of stickies on this site with training and diet information, you could also read someone else's training and diet journal, or search the various sites for any questions you have about specifics.

Keep a training journal, and I would also recommend taking photos and measurements (with a tape measure and a scale) when you start out so you can track your progress.

You see yourself everyday so sometimes it is easy to think you are getting no where without this.
