Gagging from whey protein

it's weird I haven't had whey protein powder in a long time
I ordered a tub of it and I had a flavor that was strawberry. Don't hate on me but I like that flavor the best
I took a scoop of it and mixed it with water then drank the whole cup in one shot
right away I felt nauseous and I ran outside and dry heaved. Any idea why this is happening

you do not need protein powder to bodybuild. in the 70's during the golden age nobody used protein powder. it did not come around until the 80's

Buddy just get Whey Concentrate flavorless, that's pretty good tasting and you can flavor it at home to suit your taste.
