Took it for about 4 weeks but did not noticed any improvements in the gym. The stuff also gave me a headache.

I have not even seen one testimonial yet, from a legit poster, to have found it to be a good muscle or strength booster. Some/Many people report increased erections, but they usually also note that there was no increased workout performance or muscle increase.

i bought it like a year ago had pretty much a full bottle on my shelf and said what the heck so i popped 2 plus a yohimbe extract and biong, i havent seen any signifigant strenth gains though well you know when a hottie in spandex walks by in the gym you can get an extra rep or two on you max that just makes it more intense plus a boner..
