6'1, 25y/o lifted for a while (not professionally or anything)

So I do
Chest Tris(mon)
Back Bis (Tues)
Abs Calves (wed)
Shoulders Delts (Dhurts)
Thighs (Fri)

Im going out with some friends Friday night and I wanna have a real good pump on, whenever i work out i always get bigger, so my question is, Friday could I just do a quick full body work out, few incline curls, some wide gripped pull ups and some shoulder press/shrugs to get a good pump on even tho i already worked those body parts once this week?

you lift recreationally...... I don't see why not.

Surprised nobody has hated on you for this thread.

First; your routine sucks. Bad. (no offense, just the truth) Go to the training vault and read about a 5x5 or something similar. I'd put my house down on a bet that you will be stronger and in better shape after doing a 5x5 for 6 months then you would doing that routine for a year.

Second; The threshold of undertraining, correct amount of training, and overtraining relies on tonnage. IE weightxrepsxsets. Too much is overtaining, too little is undertraining, etc. Nobody can look at your routine and say where that line is. But if you are just going to do a few pushups and pullups then chances are your tonnage won't change enough to make a difference. Just don't overdo it.

The working muscles no more than once a week theory is the biggest pile of horse shit ever propagated by the muscle mags.

Any pump you get pre-clubbing is going to wear off fairly quickly.

A light full body workout with just enough weight and reps not to fatigue you, but induce general blood flow and pump throughout your body is not really going to fatigue or interrupt your progress whatsoever imo.
