frying chicken in flax seed oil?

heating flax oil renders it useless in terms of the good fats
frying and heating oils at a high temperature also releases free radicals and what not

it's high not reccomended imo
 
hey synpax,
save your money and use pure olive oil, canola, safflower, sunflower, or peanut oil for frying

save the expensive stuff like flax, hazelnut oil, walnut oil, and extra virgin olive oil for adding to salads or ingesting directly for maximum benefits

i do like to use flaxmeal for cooking and coating
the benefits are mainly taste and texture
also for thickening sauces
but not too much benefits after the high heat
 
when you mean frying do you mean to sautee or to actually fry? doesnt frying oils at a really high heat release free radicals and convert fats to transfats?
