save your money and use pure olive oil, canola, safflower, sunflower, or peanut oil for frying
save the expensive stuff like flax, hazelnut oil, walnut oil, and extra virgin olive oil for adding to salads or ingesting directly for maximum benefits
i do like to use flaxmeal for cooking and coating
the benefits are mainly taste and texture
also for thickening sauces
but not too much benefits after the high heat
