Okay I have been working out for a while (7 months) 5'10 and 160 pounds. I can't lose weight to save my life. I go to the gym 4 days a week and do 20 minutes of cardio on the same days. I max out on my arms and legs when I go to the gym. My diet is clean 1600 to 1800 calories a day my intake is 48% protein/34% fat/18% carbo's.
My job I sit on my ass 80% of the day, I work out in the evenings and end up eating dinner some where between 8:00 and 9:00 at night go to sleep around 11:00.
What in the hell am I doing wrong, can someone suggest a training routine???? Anything, encouragement????
