Fruit

I think fruit is good

all this talk of "It fills liver glycogen and then spills over into adipose as fat"
well yes that's true fructose is bad for that but i think table fructose is more to blame than fruit fructose

and as long as you're not over doing the fruit and you're active all's good IMO

You know what they say about an apple a day right?

as long as you're not over doing it i think it's ok
depends how you handle carbs though i guess, it can be very individual
just have to experiment and see if you're doing everything else conceivable right and not making the cuts then lose the fruit

yes mostly

same things with the vitamins and minerals :)

but also pesticides and herbicides :(
 
Go Fruit! I liked the article-- and I respect that which is fruit. Although I want to mention Kiwi-- you can't go wrong with it--- citrus, vitamins, fiber, and Enzymes!! I am all about enzymes!

I am already trying to buy organic food (fruit, veggies, bread)
