well yes that's true fructose is bad for that but i think table fructose is more to blame than fruit fructose
and as long as you're not over doing the fruit and you're active all's good IMO

as long as you're not over doing it i think it's ok
depends how you handle carbs though i guess, it can be very individual
just have to experiment and see if you're doing everything else conceivable right and not making the cuts then lose the fruit
