Even if advertised organic. Is frozen veg ok to buy?

you want to eat fresh vegetables as much as you can

but frozen would be the 2nd option if you cannot grocery shop often. some people live an hour away from the grocery store so i get it

Yes.

I actually buy most produce frozen. Frozen vegetables generally have higher nutrient content then fresh since most fresh produce is picked unripened knowing that it will ripen as it travels to the grocery store.
