Approved Log From TRT to TREN log.

I will be attempting to capture what I can from the cycle of Tren I started 7 weeks ago.

Prior experiences: I have been lifting weights regularly for about 10 years. Generally a 5 day a week gym rat. My first experience with PED's was SARMs. I ran those for probably 3 maybe 4 years. My favorite stack was RAD-140 and LDG, I might run a little Cardarine depending on if I felt heavy or not. 10 years ago when I started I was about 135 lbs. With the sarms I was able to get to about 145 and shred into single digit body fat, but when not dieting my body liked 165-170 lbs which I could maintain at around 15% BF.

About a year ago I was tested and while my testosterone was low it wasn't at the action point for most family type doctors to take action. I was around 350 which is good for a 70 year old man. Initially I did all the research and was ready to self administer testosterone replacement therapy. I even ordered the testosterone. I saw an ad for a TRT doctor online at the last minute and decided what the heck. He agreed I was too low and put me on TRT. Unfortunately since he does not follow the policies put in place by my health insurance, my insurance does not cover it. Regardless it is nice to have legal TRT with a legal script. If I travel out of the country I can legally continue to take testosterone with me. To me it is worth the added cost and protects me from the class 3 drug felony offense.

I went through a bad patch with a lot of things going on with family as I am at the age where my parents are now frail and my kid is a complete train wreck. This pulled me out of the gym and put my diet in the shitter. I got up to 200 lbs before I got back into the gym. Was back in the gym for about 2 months and was just getting a little frustrated with where I was before everything started and where I was at that point. Don't get me wrong I was making gains as the TRT was really helping me get back, but in the end I am human and wanted faster results.

First thing I did was decide where I wanted to be and I felt that if I could get my weight back down to 180 to 185 and be around 10% body fat I would feel pretty good. With that in mind I researched steroids. A lot of people will probably flame me for starting with trenbolone, but when I looked at my goals and the available products and their side affects trenbolone was the one that made the most sense. I decided to run a relatively low dose tren cycle while upping my testosterone slightly at the same time.

Currently injecting every 2 days: 50 mg of trenbolone Ace and 75 mg of Testosterone cyp

Also taking: .5 mg Anastrozle 2X a week
Gonadorelin subdermal injections 2X a week
500 mg Potassium tablet 1X per day
Mens multi vitamin generic 1X per day (Has liver support)

Starting stats
Male 47 years old. 5'7" tall. 195 pounds. I was probably way too high in BF% to be running it as I was at 18-20%.

By about Week 3 my strength was going through the roof. I was almost back to my PRs I was prior to my time off.

Week 5 I was setting new PRs

Week 6 my weight finally started to move in the right direction. Now a little side note on the diet. I take a long view with diet. The body has a certain mass it gets too that it is happy at. This is the weight that you will feel good and should not have to be doing some kind of massive macro counting diet to maintain. Yes, you still need to make healthy choices with your diet like cooking a burger at home instead of pounding a big mac, but you shouldn't have to weigh the ground beef and count the calories to maintain that weight. This works for me and we are trying to get my wife to a point that she can do this as well.

at the beginning of week 7

Still a male. Still 47 years old. Still 5'7".
I now weigh in at 188 lbs. Three more pounds and I will be within goal weight for cycle, but I just have this feeling I need to eat more to build more muscle so I may decide to up diet and go for 190 lbs.
I am starting to see Abdominal muscles and the veins are coming out on my arms which indicate about a 12% BF level. Thinking 10% should be possible during this cycle.

Mental: I have not noticed additional aggression and my wife who has been monitoring me has not as well. One thing I have noticed is intense desire for sex, but I had to start taking cialis as while I wanted the sex the equipment did not always want to cooperate the entire way through particularly when it was more frequent than 1-2 times a day. With the Cialis though I can do 4-5 times a day.

Injuries: I started this cycle with shoulder issues. occasionally would not be able to bench due to excessive shoulder pain. Had MRI done and the results do not look good when reading them, but I am hopeful my doctor can give me better info on recovery once he reads and consults with me on the results.

i'm glad to see your log, been waiting for a while

and btw lol "still 5'7"

lets get more diet training updates as you go

A little side bar on 9/29/2022:

I have been having issues with my right shoulder for a long time now. After physical therapy and getting cortisone injection the issue was just not going anywhere. I had an MRI done and had a visit with a surgical doctor of orthopedics. The tendon that attaches to the top of the rotator cuff is about 50% stress separated from the bone, I also have some minor arthritis at the top of the shoulder and a fragment of cartilage or bone that seems to be floating around in it.

Scheduled a surgery for November 7th. My Tren cycle will be over before the surgery, just have to be careful that I don't finish ripping the tendon off in the next 6 weeks. I guess shortly after the Tren log I will plan to do a shoulder surgery and recovery log and probably follow that up with another cycle of Tren to get back to where I was before the shoulder surgery. Currently the doctor is saying I will be in a sling for 5 weeks, doing nothing, but physical therapy with the shoulder for the first 3-4 months then starting to progressively load it till I should be back to the gym fully in 5 months time.

Currently doing some research on Nandrolone and some of the benefits it has shown post shoulder surgery.

Might not be the best of ideas to keep pushing it with tren when your shoulder is in the state it is. But I'd probably do same as you and try finish the cycle aswell [emoji1]
Just be careful so you don't cause permanent damage.
If you are looking to speed up recovery I'd rather look into BPC-157.
GH would be benefitial aswell, costly though.

you sure you want to do surgery? consider stem cell injections or peptides, they do work
peptides really helped me heal big time

Weight: 188.8 lbs

Leg day

Unfortunately due to my shoulder I can not get my arm into traditional squat position. So I have been using a front squat bar with the pads that rest on the traps and come out to handles in the front. Also I set up a 12" seat that I go till I touch it before coming back up.

Squats with Front squat bar - 2 Warm up sets just the 70 lb bar for 10 reps / 160 lbs for 6 reps / 210 lbs for 6 reps / 260 lbs for 6 reps X 3

Hip thrusters - 315 lbs for 5 sets of 10

Straight leg dead lifts - 225 lbs for 3 sets of 6

Superset
Seated leg Curls - 3 sets of 30 at 75 lbs
Donkey calve raise machine - 3 sets of 15 at 230 lbs

Diet:
Breakfast: Toast and peanut butter

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: 8 oz Sirloin Steak with Asparagus. W/side salad

As far as the shoulder goes I have had 3 different doctors all tell me surgery is the only option. As far as doing more damage is concerned, not really an issue as the doctor said they will have to remove the entire tendon during the operation. If they don't it creates a weak juncture which most likely considering my gym routine would result in me coming back in with another partial tear later. So if it fully separates it just adds a little complication to the surgery as they will have to pull it back into place.

Great log! Sucks that surgery is the only option going forward. How much down time is the doctor predicting afterward?

That's most likely a Safety Squat Bar. They're great.

Sounds to me like you are hearing what you want to hear from your doctors, I doubt they said "Nah it's all good, mess up your shoulder as much as you like while we wait for surgery".
Just be careful man, shoulders are complex. You can damage far more than just the "fastening" of the tendon.
I've messed up my right shoulder, leaving me unable to bench - it sucks.

Weight: 186.6 lbs

Back Day

Dead lift: 10 @ 45 Lbs X2 / 6 @ 135 lbs / 6@225 lbs / 6@315 lbs / 2@355 lbs / 1@415 lbs / 1@445 lbs / 8@315 lbs

Emotionally still doing great. Sweat like a stuck pig all night! Sleep last night was very broken due to cramping. Will probably drop the Clen until cramping stops, then start back up at 80 mg which is what my body seems to tolerate well.

One hell of a clen-dosage that one [emoji1] I'd consider keeping it to 80mcg.
Try Taurine and/or Magnesium to help with cramps aswell.

Night-sweats on tren are terrible, personally I find avoiding too much carbs before bedtime helps a bit - but still unavoidable.

Weight: 185.8 lbs

Shoulder Day

Lateral Raises: 4 sets of 15 @ 45 lbs

Front raises: 4 sets of 12 @ 35 lbs (Normally would hit front delts with overhead BB press, but my shoulders can't do that right now.)

Rear Delt Fly's: 4 sets of 20 @ 20 lbs

Trap bar Shrugs: 210 lbs for 30 reps / 250 lbs for 20 reps / 280 lbs for 10 reps / 300 lbs for 5 reps / 320 lbs for 3 reps

DB Curls: 4 sets of 8 at 45 lbs

Diet:
80 mcg of Clenbuterol (I seem to be able to tolerate this level with minimal cramping)

Breakfast: Yogurt

Breakfast 2: small bowl of fruit

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Dinner: Bowl of Chili, BLT Wrap, and 1/2 helping of french fries. Also a Perrin Black 16 oz beer.

I have significantly upped my water intake. Emotionally still doing great. Sweating died down a little. Sleep last night was very broken due to dogs. Will probably keep Clen at 80 mcg for rest of week, then cycle off for a week and back on for the final 2 weeks of cycle.

Doing a little amateur photo shoot on Saturday as a friend recommended me to a photographer that was looking for guys around my age and body build. So a little late in the game for prep, but I am starting to carb up a little more to fill the muscles. Also upping water intake daily. Hopefully on Thursday I am up to about 2 1/2 gallons of water then on Friday about 24 hours before the photo shoot is when I stop drinking water all together and just sip enough water to keep the mouth wet. This should cause me to pee like crazy and drain away some subcutaneous water. That should make my skin a little tighter and make the muscles pop a little more.

Yeah, was just a joke from my side atleast. I figuered you meant mcg.
I still think 80mcg is a good dosage.
Many run clen way too high because they think side effects = effect. Rather run it lower and longer imo.

Sent from my SM-S908B using EliteFitness mobile app

From my research the longer you run it the higher you have to dose it. The body gets used to Clen and that is why a lot of protocols have you take it a couple days then a couple days off or take it for 2 weeks then take 2 weeks off. So you start running clen for several weeks you may be good at 40 mcg for the first week or two then 80 mcg for the next week or two, but then you have to step up to 120 mcg to continue to get the same results as the body adapts to it.

Your body adapts to the unwanted effects, shakiness etc - not the wanted effects.
No side effects does not equal no effect.

Weight: 185.0 lbs

Due to family obligations was not able to make the gym today.

Diet:
80 mcg of Clenbuterol

Breakfast: Protein pancakes

Breakfast 2: small bowl of fruit

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: Cheese, salami, and cracks on the fly

Dinner: Lasagna and a side salad

Increased water intake is disturbing sleep as I am waking up every hour or two to go pee, but that is to be expected.

Today I pound water and do the same in the morning tomorrow, then around noon I will stop water intake only drinking enough to keep my mouth moist. This should flush the subcutaneous water from my system pretty quick.

Weight: 184.0 lbs

Trying to hit all muscle groups lightly to get a pump in the next two days before the photo shoot.

Straight leg dead lifts - 135 lbs for 15 reps then 185 lbs for 12 reps and 3 sets

Leg press - (All weights do not count the weight of the sled) 180 lbs for 20 reps , 270 lbs for 20 reps, and 320 lbs for 20 reps

Seated Calve raises - 90 lbs for 3 sets of 15

Super set:
Lat pull downs - 10 plates for 3 sets of 15
Hammer curls - 30 lb DB's for 3 sets of 10

Lat raise with a rotation to front then back out to the side for 1 rep - 20 lb DB's for 3 sets of 10

Diet:
80 mcg of Clenbuterol

Breakfast: Yogart

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: Lasagna

Snack: cheese and crackers

Dinner: Fajitas

Increased water intake is disturbing sleep as I am waking up every hour or two to go pee, but that is to be expected. Also with the increased water intake I have noticed a lot of chills and it is harder to get warm.

Tomorrow I will pound water until about 2-3 PM, then I will stop drinking any fluid except just enough to keep mouth moist. Also plan to use a diuretic starting at about 8 in the evening to keep the system flush going up until the shoot.

Bicep curls - 3 sets of 15 at 30 lbs (just building a pump)

Breakfast: Yogart

Lunch 1: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Lunch 2: 8 oz of Chicken breast

Snack: 200 grams of Rice

Dinner: 6 oz steak, 6 pieces of grilled shrimp, mash potatoes, Side salad

Pounded water till about 2 PM and got 2 gallons in. Stopped drinking anything except to keep mouth moist from this point till just before photo shoot.

Shrunk image (2).webp10/8/2022

Just sipped water until about 1 hour before photo shoot. At that point I ate a small bowl of fruit in an attempt to try and push some simple carbs into my muscles. At the same time I drank my first cup of coffee, OK it was a double expresso. The idea here was to try and bring out veins.

After the photo shoot I went to Mcdonalds for a BigMac and Fries before I drove the 2.5 hours home. After I got home at 6:30 PM the wife and I went to the local bar where I had fish and fries. I also had 3 makers on the rocks and this is about where I realized I was significantly dehydrated.

10/9/2022

This was a take it easy day and a recovery tried to bring hydration back to normal. Ate an omelet for breakfast w cheese. Then choked down a large Hungry Howey's meat lover's pizza with Jalapenos added, yum!!!

Back on track tomorrow!

Water intake back to normal of about 1 gallon pure water and then we add in coffee and other drinks. Feeling pretty good today. A friend joined the gym so and asked me to help get them started, so this took away from my normal workout mindset. Hopefully get them on track in a week or two and be able to get my mind back on my own muscle growth.
