Gotta start cookin. REal mashed potatoes. With real cream gravy. Fried chicken. Plus my broccoli in the garden is ready so ill steam some of it. And what the hell, a few german hamburgers to boot(basically meatloof like but make like hamburgers).

Im already beer drinkin. It's miller light though. Now I can drink twice as much. Plus dinner plates are estimated at 150grams of fat and up. Bonner petite.

Oh yeah, I picked cucumbers and onions last night and put them in a vinegar/oil/sugar merinade last night they are good and soaked up now.
 
post that in the diet forum. Tell them you are 6'8 340 at 6% and you eat that every night. Then tell them you're selling the secret and calling it rsnoblecat program
 
Just to let you bros know, I had my neighbors over just a few again for this meal, and they are millionaires. I was told it was all excellent, and the cucumber salad was the shit! Cool! Everyone else in house passed out with bloat, not me! I got more beer!
