Freshly squeezed orange juice

nothing wrong with that at all
keep in mind when you juice fruit though you leave a lot of fiber behind and it is going through a processing phase.. so it is much better to just eat the orange, but freshly squeezed orange for most people is perfectly healthy. i used to have an orange tree in my yard and would juice it all the time. lots of vitamins and minerals
