I believe you meant to say: Anator p70 ... not Aviator

MuscleTech Anator p70
90 (US$) for 1.5 kg
16 servings
Serving size: 95 g

Carbs 57 g
Fat 1 g
Protein 20 g

L-phenylalanine 7.2 g : An essential amino acid which is converted to tyrosine in the body. This in turn is used to synthesise dopamine and norepinephrine which are neurotransmitters. Phenylalanine is used in elevating mood levels and also as an appetite suppressant. If you have been diagnosed with phenylketonuria then you should avoid this product as it acts as a neuro toxin and destroys brain cells in individuals who are unable to metabolise phenylalanine. High intake levels may cause headaches, nausea, heartburn, and nerve damage.

L-leucine 7.2 g : An essential amino acid which helps in regulating blood-sugar levels, growth and repair of muscle tissue, hormone production, prevents protein breakdown in muscle tissue, and regulates energy production. For optimum results, leucine should be used in combination with valine and isoleucine at a rate of 2 mg of leucine and valine to 1 mg of isoleucine. High intake levels of leucine will raise your ammonia levels.

Creatine Monohydrate / Alanine 5g : A volumniser and a non-essential amino acid used in protein construction. Alanine is required for the metabolism of glucose and trypotophan.

Maltodextrin / dextrose: A complex carbohydrate and a simple sugar (28.5 g of dextrose).

Anator p70 is basically two essential amino acids, one non-essential amino acid, creatine monohydrate, maltodextrin and dextrose for 90 (US$).

Although L-leucine has been shown to prevent the breakdown of protein in muscle tissues, you can purchase L-leucine online for 5 cents (US) per gram and spend the remaining 89 (US$) on a high quality protein source.

MuscleTech -- SPIN said:
Anator-p70 force-feeds signals to your genes, turning on the musclebuilding process, and at the same time, this same supplement controls FOXO and turns off MAFbx. These are the genetic regulators that prevent muscle growth! This is not hype. This is proven, irrefutable, scientific fact. Anator-p70 works immediately – the first time, every time.

MuscelTech - always good for a laugh :D

Yeah, more MuscleTech products that are overpriced, and do not deliver on the hype. Getting nothing but negative feedback from anyone who has used them.(gakik, luekik)

this new one is suppose to be out of the world!!

As for the bars...how the hell am I going to incorporate these into my diet? Hmmm

The 5 page Muscletech ads that look like articles should be a red flag right there. I remember when they had Greg Kovacs promoting their products in the beginning. They sent me his training video and in the middle of his set he pauses and says "Oh, yeah. I can really feel that Acetabolan kickin in now." Almost as bad as Bill Phillips: "Been using HMB for 3 weeks now....feels like Deca."

Irregardless of what company is selling the supplement, you should refer to the ingredient panel, ONLY.

Learn and understand what each ingredient is known to do instead of referring to the flashy ads and having to rely on the spin put forth by the respective marketing departments and sales reps. This way, you will be able to say whether or not a supplement, any supplement, will benefit you, is safe for you, and is value for money, without having to exchange any money or use your own body as a testing ground for their product.

In the case of Anator p70 which you have mentioned as '.. suppose to be out of the world!! ..' it contains:
  • L-leucine
  • Alanine
  • L-phenylalanine
  • creatine monohydrate
  • maltodextrin / dextrose
The question you have to ask yourself is which one(s) of these ingredients would support the claim which you have made (although I am sure it is just something which you have heard). A high quality protein powder will contain a full amino acid profile and will sell for ~8 (US$) per lb., whereas this product only contains 3 aminos, some creatine and maltodextrin / dextrose for 90 (US$). Don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of based on something you have heard or on a sales pitch. Muscle is strength but information is power.
