How big are your forearms?

try reverse cable curls... and wrist rolling... i just started reverse curls and my forearms having been buring ever since i started

14.5" And honestly, I never target them. They've just always responded well for me.
I suppose I should also mention I'm 225. Does anyone know if 14.5" sounds proportionate for a 5'9" 225 pounder?

14.5. I only recently started grip training so maybe they'll grow. Then again, they might shrink if I ever lose some weight. You don't have to be fat to be strong.
 
not sure. but I work them in when doing grip work. DB/BB holds, wrist rollers, forearm curls (behind the back, reverse). I get a ridiculous pump in my forearms.

225 doesn't even sound proportional for a 5'9"er :p You must be pretty jacked man. Then again you've got 14.5" forearms. I'm 5'9" 175 ish and mine are about 12.5-13" I think.
