What meal replacment shakes are you taking? i just bought a case Of VPX zero impact, 20 grams carbs, 4 grams of fat, 0 sugar 10 grams fiber and 45g protien

VPX puts out higher caliber products IMO

56 grams of choc protein powder, 200 cals, 48g protein
600ml fat free milk, 230 cals, 18g protein, 37g carbs
1 1/4 cup of rice Krispies, 119 cals, 29 g carbs
1/8th cup of ground flax

Total
550 cal
66g protein
66g carbs

Mix in shaker cup, let sit for 10min - great stuff

Leave out the Krispies if it's not post workout / if you want less carbs.
Add 18g greens plus, 15g glutamine and 3g Arginine once a day

too much prep time that i dont have, MRP packets are the way to go if you have a busy/hectic schedule

What are you a doctor - not enough time. It takes 4 minutes to make and shake. I just let it site for 10 min to soften up the Krispies and flax.
 
met-rx Size Up gives 800+ cal's in milk , i like it at bedtime.

post workout i go for something like Muscle
Milk or Myoplex Deluxe with a scoop of ON's Pro Complex.

always in 1%or skim milk ;and always in chocolate flavor. It seems so rare to find a vanilla or strawberry i can stand the taste of.

U r absolutely right. i just suck it up make a fe sacrifices and bulk prepare shit for the week one night and make all my shakes the night b4. i dont really use a true mrp just protein shakes.
 
I use the ON Pro Complex Gainer for my 5th meal of the day (pre-workout). It tastes pretty good and its 650cal not counting any milk you put in. Good balance of carbs and protein.
