i would not touch creatine with a ten foot pole, get bloated on it. all my boyz respond extremely well though, they run it daily with dextrose post workout, or first thing in AM on non-workout days
Try using ALA 1,000mg and Chromium picolinate 600mg w/ the creatine and insulin to make your cells even more sensitive to insulin so it will be less likely the excess carbs wont be shifted to fatty tissue.
You should have lowered your doses of insulin because you wont need that much insulin because ala and cp will really make your muscle cells sensitive to insulin. Id rather take smaller amounts of slin knowing that the nutrients are being shifted to where it suppose to go than taking large amounts and turn my cells more insulin resistant and have the excess carbs turn to fat. YOur getting light headed because most of your carbs have just been absorbed like a sponge to your muscle cells. Now taking slin w/ out nutrients that make them sensitive would just make your muscle more resistant to slin which would transport all carbs to your belly.
Slin is not only to be used post workout. It is excellent for a carb up day while recovering. And yes definately use creatine with each slin injection.
I dont know bro until I get more info about you. People that are overweight has caused some insulin resistant so more ALA,inzitol,Cp to make cells sensitive (Glucophage). If you are lean then less slin is needed. You should experiment with the lowest dose possible and raising the iu's but always keep your cells sensitive to slin. Make sure u got some simple sugar w/ u or some orange juice to make sure u dont pass out when feel the symptoms of a low glycemic rxn. Cuss ALA and CP will greatly increase the effectiveness of Slin.
