If a guy didn't allow me to service him orally I would thing something was wrong with him. And, no, I would not beg. If he doesn't enjoy it then I would think he's weird. Or maybe he had a bad experience, like someone bit it? Also, is he playing games? Mind games? Does he want the female to beg? If so, the guy requires too much attention and I would be turned off.
