I'm trying to cut up currently and wan o maintain mass.I was going to c what people thought about on leg days to just do 10 sets of squats for a while. Today I did 3 lighter sets to get really warm then 5 sets of 10 then 2 fast sets of 15 bout 30 seconds rest in between the last 2. 1 minute rest on the 5 heavier sets and first 3. Then 10 sets of calve raises 15- 20 reps 30 second rest also I did 3 sets weighted step ups with a clave raise at the top one leg at a time no rest just one leg then the other. I did my abs after this 12 sets 4 exercises. Is this dumb or should I stick with it? Felt like doing it today also didn't feel like moving to another crap because I know squats work also on the 5 heavy sets one set I did a box squat 2 sets were a little narrower stance to target more quads.
