Flax while insulin is active?

I use flax morning and night and now started using slin in the am the same time I take my flax. Will this make me fat?

I don't think I would use the flax seed oil while the juice was still active.

I did the same exact thing and it definately made me fat. Stay away from fats while your slin is active, and probably a couple hours before you take it too.
