Flax oil is an excellent way to get your omega-3 fatty acids....I take 4-5 tbls. per day when cutting, and I can't imagine not having it in my diet....
I like to mix it with a whey/casein protein blend before I go to bed...but you can use it over salads as a dressing....or like someone else said you can down it straight!! It's not recommended that you cook with it however...
