Flax oil

That sounds very weird. I've never heard or read anyone getting that sort of reaction.

Maybe try taking them along with food?
Also what products specifically are you taking?

you are using too much of it and depending on it too much

instead include it as part of your diet. i also suggest prepping your food with organic coconut mct oil.. you won't need flax oil if you do this
