Like I tell my wife..you need 12-15 caps to equal 1 TBS of the oil.. and you should take at least 2 TBS of flax per day

SO drop the pills and go out and buy the real stuff..You will get used to the taste..I drink it straight out of the bottle now.

Also I've been told the pills can get rancid --- stick w/ the refrigerated stuff - Udo's Choice is a good one!

Interesting you posted this today...this afternoon i decided the pills werent doing it, so i bought a bottle of the actual oil. i mixed it with cottage cheese, and it tasted like absolute shit. ill be taking shots of it from now on.

Why did you decide the "pills" werent doing it. How big are the pills anyways?

I asked a question about the pills on this site a few weeks back, and i got numerous responses saying the actual oil was 18-20X as potent. It was tough to tell what type of effect the pills were having on me, because i was changing so much about my workout routine and diet, that there were too many variables for me to attribute gains to any particular one.

The pills are pretty big, but they're gelcaps so they are extremely easy to swallow...It was a lot easier than taking the liquid...as a matter of fact i gotta take some right now...ewwww...itll grow on me eventually.

It should be added that the capsules should also be kept in the fridge.
