Flax Oil (not a repeat question I swear)

I think something got mixed up. I have never taken flax and was considering taking it to cut up for a couple of weeks before summmer. Does this seem like a good idea?

Yes. A lot of people have success when cutting by REPLACING a certain amount of their daily calories with flax.

I am just starting a health drive. I have put it off too much and my weight has ballooned over the last 5 years.

I will be trying to work out every day, and was seriously considering Flax Oil after reading about it on these forums.

Is it a good option for someone just starting on a health drive/controlled diet? Or should I do a few weeks of controlled diet and working out before I start on teh Flax Oil.

Thanks in advance

Flax oil isn't magic by any means. It's simply an essential fatty acid that most dieters are deficient in. To lose bodyfat optimally you must have all of your body processes running smootly. If you are deficient in EFAs, thus your body isn't functioning optimally, then flax oil can definately help you. However don't expect to just start dropping fat magically by taking it, it's not like T3 or DNP by any means.

It's also not required to lose weight. If you are getting plenty of fats from sources like peanut butter, nuts in general, olive oil, peanut oil, fish, etc.. then you probably aren't deficient in EFAs. Flax oil is just a supplement to get them without worrying about it. People drink protein powder because it's hard to get enough protein from food alone. Same goes with EFAs.

it really has been like magic for me.... I've leaned right out on my stomack...

whats this about it going bad after 3 weeks...? I have a large bottle thats about 5 weeks old and it seems fine to me?
