Flax oil giving me stomach aches

When I first started using Flax my stomach was upset also. Basically, I had to go through a cleanse. Have you ever heard of a colon cleanse? Well, it upsets your stomach because you need to be cleaned out. Read up on cleansing that colon. Flax is a nice ingredient in many of the cleansing programs. Keep it up and your insides will eventually get cleansed really well.

I had the same problem taking flax oil
when I switched to grinding my own seeds and eating it that way it was much better..and I got it fresh with fiber etc
