YES! By all means, bread made with ground flax seeds and other seeds/nuts (sunflower, sesame, almonds, walnuts, peanuts) coarsely ground is a wonderful, nutritious bread. Just remember to add some (40-50g) of wheat gluten to the mix so that it raises properly with all the stuff you've added. And don't plan on eating much of this when trying to get lean! Great for bulking, with home made nut butter.
