R rail99 New member Apr 10, 2018 #1 I am having issues with taking them because after 30 or so minutes I continuously burp up a nasty fish oil taste that almost brings me to gag. I really dont like the feeling. Any recommendations on getting past this?

stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Apr 12, 2018 #2 i've had that happen a few times. my advice is eat real fish. ditch the supplements.
