Advice......

Hi everyone, i am new and looking for some information and advise on things like my cycle, how you guys may have been effected by similar ones, and i would just love to have females that i can talk to about this stuff instead of just guys.

Hey Sassy69 thanks for hittin me up. Well i am not sure what to tell you really, I used be a trainer for about a year at a friends gym, I gain strength pretty fast now, I just don't show detail like i would like, I show some but not like i want. My goals are to well, gain strenght and size, but also to cut up. I would love to here some or your meals of anyone elses for that matter. Eating properly is my biggest problem and i know that is huge when you are cycling. I am starting my first cycle this in August (anavar) so any ideas on meals would be awesome.
