First time user. Looking for cycle ideas and justification.

I have never used steroids before but have done a fair amount of research into them and made the decision to use them to increase my muscle mass.
I am 22 years old and go to the gym around 4-5 days per week on a 4 day split.
My question is what is good for a first cycle for beginners. I am not against injecting but would possibly prefer not to.
Any explanation as to why you may suggest anything would be very helpful because I like proof behind my decisions.

from what i hear u need to have a good base before u go on any kind a gear...

so as a start u may want to post ur stats so the more experienced guys on EF can give u a better idea as to what u can do...

U may also need to tell us what ur goals are i.e. bulk, cut, lean muscle gain etc...
 
I would definitely gain some more weight first man. Diet is the most important factor in doing that. Eat eat eat. However beginning aas I would recommend beginning with a test enanthate cycle at 500mg per week. Injecting is not bad at all. Once you do it you'll laugh about how u may have been scared.

Build a solid foundation before touching Gear, you can't build Rome on a pile of tooth picks.
I busted my butt for close to 12 yrs of hard training before i even touched the stuff.
 
How long you been working out for and how tall are you? Your weight seems kinda low, I mean you can easily build up 10-15 pounds of solid muscle just on a great diet and some creatine dude. I know you may have your heart set on running a cycle and in the end your gonna do whatever you want but, you could over achieve your goals easily in a year if you bust your ass and stay on top of everything.
 
22 is still young, and you may not believe it , but with proper diet, a solid routine, and some basic sups (NTKTS, Bridge, DAA ect) you can actually get some pretty solid gains (prob 20 lbs given your stats) that you will keep and when you actually "need" to cycle you will build up on top of that. Personally I think your better off staying natty for a couple years at the least and letting us set you up with the right stuff to get you results that you can bring to the cycle. Because you are of age and you may not listen to what I just said no matter what I will give my cycle opinions. I want to re state though I think its a bad move and youll get soooooo much less out of a cycle and youd be soo much happier with the previous stated.

If you do cycle one of two choices come to mind. Because you said youd rather oral , based on availability reliability , and safty I think Beast or diesel would be the way to go. both starting at 20mg ed and Id suggest keeping at 20 given your info but 30 is max for you.

If you do one of these you will need to purchase the following.

on cycle Hcgenerate, N2guard

PCT Hcgenerate, forma stanzol, post cycle, unleashed and I reccomend Bridge after PCT.

The above is non negotiable you WILL need all of that period. Again be smart though try it our way first.

Remember consistency Is the key with your training and diet.
Train hard and eat big.
